The gelato is made using Fabbri Nevepann 50F.

Dextrose, skim MILK powder, maltodextrins, stabilisers (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum), salt, flavouring.

The base also includes milk, cream, sugar, dextrose + skimmed milk powder.
